After sending you money, you can check your transfer status online. (You’ll need your name and tracking number)
How do I pick up a money transfer?
You can do so by visiting any agent location. You’ll need to fill out a ‘To Receive Money’ form and include your tracking number, the senders name, the amount and valid identification.
How much can I send online?
You can send up to 800 GBP in the space of 12 months before verification of your identity Is required. After that, you can send up to 4,000 GBP every three days.
What are acceptable forms of ID for picking up money?
You will need a passport or a driving license with a photo. EU residents can present a passport or a European ID card.
